Digital Planning
You Don't Know What You Don't Know
"Been there, done that" actually makes a difference if you learned from the experience. If you mean when you say that phrase something other than that you don't want to do it again, then it should indicate that you can do it better. Certain circumstances frequently repeat in digital development, and we've done them often enough to know what to do - and what not to do. You could say that we've 'got the T-shirt' to prove it.
Some clients have a clear idea of what their business objective is. Some even know exactly what they want us to do. Many, however, are still defining what they need, let alone making sense of the different technologies that might work.
Our approach goes well beyond requirements gathering. We draw on years of experience in development needs analysis and general business consulting for technology. We have a method for helping clients get to what they really want.
We arrive at a needs definition, and then balance the technical issues such as hosting and hardware limitations, interfacing with existing systems, and price and performance trade-offs. Our experience helps decide the right mix among features, delivery time and budget. It’s this approach that enables us to do the hard stuff.
