e49 contracted by Krystal for Communications Management
Comfortable with their new internal email platform, managers at Krystal Corporation decided to take email to the next level. Again, contracting episode49 to complete the project was a perfect fit.
The all inclusive solution became an Online Communications Management Tool for Krystal. The new tool allowed customer service personnel to track feedback from several existing Krystal website sources. The feedback and comments are consolidated into a common database and forwarded to the individual or department responsible for providing a response to the customer. Another custom feature built into the system is the option for managers to track and view the comments and response time for each customer inquiry.
The system also allows executive level managers to view and even respond to customer feedback. The ability to track customer inquiries and measure internal response rates has taken online Krystal customer service to a higher performance level.
